Which phases are currently available?
All phases and all units are now available for purchase.
Why has the development been so slow to progress?
There were a variety of factors that contributed to the project not progressing as anticipated. Since late 2022, new management has successfully worked through these hurdles, and the development is now progressing steadily. All municipal approvals have been obtained, and infrastructure construction is complete.
How soon after my offer would I be able to take possession?
Builds will begin anytime, with a minimum of 2 unconditional offers per building. Offers must include a 20% deposit. Possessions will take place approximately 9 months from the date of the 2nd offer.
What are the Condo Fees and what do these fees cover?
While the developer is the majority condominium member, the Condo Fees are being capped at a monthly low of $155. The funds are used for property Maintenance (lawn mowing, snow removal and sanding), as well as Condo Corp. Insurance.
When do I get my Landscaping?
Landscaping (sod and trees) is considered common element, and is installed in phases. Once construction of all the units in each phase (1, 2, or 3) is complete, we will trigger the installation of grass and tree installation for the entire phase. Phase 1 landscaping has been installed.
